  • HashMove, LLC carefully pre-selects highly experienced and well reviewed licensed movers to be a part of the HashMove network.

4. Which cities / areas is HashMove available in?

HashMove is now available across major cities in the US like San Francisco and the Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, New York City, Jersey City, Boston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Denver, Las Vegas, Raleigh, Charlotte, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Miami, Philadelphia, Washington DC and the surrounding areas. If you live around these cities and still do not find your zip code, please drop us a line at support@hashmove.com, and we’ll be happy to add it.

5. How can I apply to become a registered provider with HashMove?

General

  • Where can I download the HashMove Provider App?
    • Please download the iPhone App at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hashmove-provider/id944154372?mt=8 or the Android App at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hashmove.provider
  • Will I be an employee of HashMove, LLC?
    • No. As a HashMove Provider, you will only be a registered provider with HashMove, LLC.

Accounts & Registration

  • How can I become a registered provider with HashMove?
    • Download the app and register to “Become a Provider”. Our support team will contact you after that to get you started.
  • I do not have a license with the state of California. Can I still register?
    • At this time, we are only accepting providers licensed with the State.
  • I have submitted my information, what happens next?
    • A HashMove support specialist will contact you soon to follow-up on your request to register as a HashMove Provider.
  • Can I update my information after my account is created?
    • Yes, you can update your information at any time under the Accounts Tab.

Settings

  • What happens when I select one or all categories?
    • If you select one category, you will only see job requests from that category. If you select “All” categories, you will see job requests from all categories.
  • How is a service area defined?
    • A service area is defined as a work area within 10-100 miles of a given city. You can customize your area to best suit your availability, thus receiving job requests only from those areas.

Job Requests

  • Where can I see job requests posted by the users?
    • Once a user posts a job request, you will see a notification on your screen. You can also see all the job requests on the HashMover app under the “Queue” and “Map” views.
  • How do I contact the user?
    • Once you click on a job, you can message the user directly.
  • What if I’m interested in the job but want to contact the user later?
    • You can tap the “+” or heart icon on a job to show interest in that job. Once a job is marked “Interested”, the user knows that you a HashMover is interested in the job. You can also filter your “Queue” based on jobs that you previously marked as “Interested”.
  • How can i see a map view of my jobs?
    • If you click on the “Map” tab, a map view of your location with the job requests around you are displayed. You can zoom in and out on the map view to see more jobs around the area.
  • How can I filter the requests that I want to see in my job queue?
    • Once you click the “Filter” icon on the job queue, the list / map can be filtered to show:
      • Flexible Pickup Date: Only shows jobs that have a flexible pickup date
      • Marked as “Interested”: Only shows jobs which you previously messaged or marked as interested.
      • Pickup Date: If you would like to see jobs on a given pickup date, you can select a single pickup date, or a start and end date.

Job Details, Selection and Completion

  • Can I request users to upload more images?
    • A user can upload a maximum of 6 images. If the user has uploaded less than 6 images, you can message the user to upload more images.
  • Where do I set the price for a job?
    • On the messages screen, you can enter the price in the “$” field on the top of the screen.
  • How do I know if a user has selected me for a job?
    • You will receive a notification and email that the user has selected you for a given job. You can also see all assigned jobs to you under the “Assigned” tab.
  • What is the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) used for?
    • Once a user selects you for the job, you can tap on the ETA button and select an expected date and time of arrival. If you think you are running early or late, you can update the ETA date and time by tapping on the ETA button again. The ETA is optional, but recommended.
  • What do I do once I have finished the job?
    • Once a job is completed, you would open that job request from the “Assigned” list and tap on the “Complete” button.

Payments

  • When does a user pay for a job?
    • Once you mark the job as “Complete”, you will be asked to enter your credit card the first time, and then a screen will show you the amount to be collected from the user. You collect the payment directly from the user.
  • How would I be paid the discounted amount given to the user?
    • We will send you the discounted amount as a check or to a registered PayPal account on file.
  • How much does HashMove charge for the transaction?
    • HashMove is evolving and comes up with competitive percentage commissions based on the current market. The current percentage rate is 10%,

Insurance

  • Who is liable in case of damage?
    • You, as a HashMove Provider, are responsible in case of a damage or claim during the move/junk request. HashMove, LLC does not provide insurance.
